Pricing
All prices are listed in Australian dollars and include 10% GST.
We reserve the right to change the pricing at our discretion.

Payment
We accept Visa and Mastercard credit cards only. See our security policy below for details regarding the security of your payment.

Littlelock Warranty
Our lids are high quality and designed to be long lasting. However in the unlikely event that your lids break within 1 year of purchase we will replace them free of charge. Please contact us at customerservice@littlelock.com.au with your proof of purchase to arrange replacement.

International Orders
Unfortunately at this stage we do not ship Internationally

Littlelock respects your privacy and will keep all of your personal details secure and confidential. Any information you submit is used in order to process your order. Your personal details will not be sold, exchanged, or disclosed unless required by law. Any email address given may be used to contact you to let you know about Littlelock products and promotions that may be of interest to you. Should you wish to be removed from our mailing list, please email us at customerservice@littlelock.com.au with “Unsubscribe” in the subject line.

Littlelock uses the eWAY Payment Gateway for its online credit card transactions. eWAY processes online credit card transactions for thousands of Australian merchants, providing a safe and secure means of collecting payments via the Internet. All online credit card transactions performed on this site using the eWAY gateway are secured payments.
• Payments are fully automated with an immediate response.
• Your complete credit card number cannot be viewed by Littlelock or any outside party.
• All transactions are performed under 128 Bit SSL Certificate.
• All transaction data is encrypted for storage within eWAY’s bank-grade data centre, further protecting your credit card data.
• eWAY is an authorised third party processor for all the major Australian banks.

Refund & Returns
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we are happy to give you a 7 day money-back guarantee from the time you receive the goods. Please email us at customerservice@littlelock.com.au within that time to arrange the return. The money back guarantee does not apply to shipping costs. This refund policy does not apply to goods which have been used or damaged after delivery. All products must be returned in their original condition. All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer. This returns policy is in addition to your statutory rights. Please contact us immediately at customerservice@littlelock.com.au if your order is incorrect or has been damaged during transit.
